Terms and Conditions

We always obtain Proof of Posting and make sure items posted are covered by relevant postal insurance 
For all smaller items posted we use Royal Mail Recorded and Royal Mail International Signed for (where available).

All Larger items are sent via courier, we use UPS, DHL or FEDEX.

For items delivered personally we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.

We aim to dispatch all postal items within 3 working days.

Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the receiver

We make sure all items are packed securely and use recycled materials where ever possible.

Please be aware that although we will always purchase additional insurance up to an items sale value (guarding against loss) not all items can be covered for damage.

Please refer to the list of restricted items below and be aware that if your item contains any of the following then this is posted at your own risk. We welcome personal collection to ensure safe travel.


  • Furniture (Unless Flat packed)
  • Glass / Mirrored items / Crystal / Ceramic / Porcelain/ Plaster / Marble / China / Stone / Slate / Resin / Granite - (or any item containing these materials)
  • Laptops / Monitors / Computers
  • Televisions / Plasma & TFT Screens, Monitors

Items collected in person

For all Items collected in person we accept cash and payment cards on site, we can also accept payment via PayPal on the premises.

If you pay for your order online and wish to collect please arrange a collection time in advance

Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

Weekends by Appointment only

Please bring with you a recognized form of ID such as passport or driving license and the original payment card used for the purchase (so we can make sure the right items go to the correct person)


Postage: Claims

We will always ensure our items are properly packed as per courier guidelines but we all know accidents can happen.
If you receive an item that has suffered during transport please contact us immediately.
If you could provide details of the damage and photos of the item and packaging we can usually process a claim on your behalf.
Postage claims can take up to 28 days from the date of all evidence being submitted.
In some circumstances there may be a delay in receiving your item, if you fear your item has been lost in transport, please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

Return policy - website, telephone orders.

UK sales

All our items are covered by the fourteen day cancellation policy as described within the Customer Contracts Regulations Any item returned must be in the original packaging and in the condition sent.

Returns are at the buyers cost. 

For items that are made to measure or cut to order i.e.. cables, returns are not accepted. 

Overseas sales

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to inform us that the item is being returned.

We will notify you of receipt.

All refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item, a full inspection will be carried out prior to a refund being issued.
All refunds will be made the same as the method of payment.

Faulty Items

Pre-owned or used Items:

Although all items are fully tested, due to the age of some items faults may occur.

In the event that you receive an item un-working, we will be happy to issue a refund,repair or replacement if available.

All items will be fully tested to ascertain the fault/reason of failure.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been the victim of abuse or tampering.

If any incidents occur where the only way to resolve a dispute is to have the item assessed by a third party, the cost of this will be reflected in the final refund amount.

Any receipts for charges incurred will be forwarded to the customer.


Stylii- Any stylii supplied with a turntable has been fully tested and photographed prior to offering it for sale, these items are regarded as consumables and are therefor excluded from refunds and returns.

Please note these are getting very rare and replacements may not always be available

New Items:
If you receive a new item that is faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund.

EBay Purchases

If you have purchased you item through EBay's website, please refer to their policy regarding refunds and returns.

Cancellation Policy

Any purchase may be canceled up until the point of dispatch or within 14 days of receipt of goods, all goods must be returned in the condition sent with all security seals in place.

Return shipping costs for all canceled orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
