Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 06/01/2021

Lockdown Mk3

We are remaining open throughout the lastest lockdown.

If you are collecting or delivering repairs (essential  travelling only) to our site we will accomtate you via appointment and offer a doorstep service.

Posting items is unaffected by any restrictions.

As we also have children who are not attending school currently we maybe unavalaible in the office to answer the phone-if you need to get hold of us whilst we are not on site please drop us an email at ray.body@sky.com this email address is constantly monitored and we will respond as soon as we can.

Above all please follow government guidelines and stay safe

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 31/12/2020

All shipping services are now getting back to normal, if you are waiting on items that were posted before christmas travelling out of the uk these have been subject to delays due to the borders being closed, please be patient for these to arrive.

We will be remaining open throughout the latest lockdown restrictions but please only visit us in person IF you deam your trip to be essential-normal appointment system applies so please call or email us in advance.

 

 

 

 

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 22/12/2020

We have today been informed that Royal Mail are suspending services to Europe. As such there maybe a delay in recieving your items-this will affect all small items not sent Via a Courier service.

Update from Royal Mail below

Royal Mail has halted deliveries to Europe, except for the Republic of Ireland, due to a UK travel ban triggered by the discovery of a new faster spreading coronavirus strain.

The company has also added Canada and Turkey to its "on suspension" list due to delays caused by "severely limited" air capacity.

 

In addition, Royal Mail said it could not guarantee special delivery items posted on 23 December would arrive before Christmas due to tighter COVID-19 restrictions being introduced in England.

Dear all,
Our workshop and website will remain open throughout the lastest lockdown with a few restrictions:
We are here for deliveries and collections in person however this will be doorstep service only and no-one will be admitted inside the premises.
We are able to collect items from doorsteps only and will not be able to enter homes.
All online orders will be shipped out as normal subject to carriers availability
Email and phone support is available as normal.

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 23/05/2020

Hi All,

Now the world appears to be settling back down after all the recent events we can confirm we are available mon-fri 9-4pm in the workshop.

We have the space and ability to ensure socaial distancing on our site and are back offering appointments for deliveries and collections. We would appreciate if times can be adheared to as much as possible, enableing us to ensure that not only do you have our undivided attention but also that the next customer is not waiting outside for too long.

Replacement amp panels should be back available within a couple of weeks so please keep your eyes on the website.

We still have a good range of stock available and are beginning to collect items offered for sale. We are observing social distancing during all collections and have suitable PPE available if required. If you are isolating we will keep in touch and collect only when you are happy for us to do so.

 

 

 

 

 

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 26/03/2020

Hi all, we are still working a skeleton business, orders are being shipped out but not daily as we have always done. We are doing our best to serve you and answer any email enquiries so please be patient or send us a friendly reminder if we have not responded within a couple of days.

Re Replacement Amp Panels, although we have stock ready to send to the engravers we are waiting to hear if they are currently still working.. For anyone who has ordered these your orders are currently on hold and will be shipped as soon as we have them ready. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know and we will refund you ASAP and message you when available. If you are happy to remain on 'HOLD' then your orders are safe and will be shipped as soon as we can.

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update  23/03/2020

Today we have cut back on our staffing to allow one of our staff members who is a designated key worker to prioritize their work.

We are doing our best to still get your orders out in a timely manner but are experiencing some delays on the replacement Amp panels-these we will get shipped as soon as we can and ask for your patience at this time.

Currently we can be available for collections and drop offs but these must be by appointment only-Please Email us to arrange this. We will be keeping an eye on further developments and will inform you of any changes as they happen.

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 19/03/2020

All of our items are always deep cleaned prior to be offered for sale:-

However if you have any doubts when receiving an item the current advice is that the virus will only survive on metal and plastic surfaces for 3 days. Please avoid opening the parcel for this time if you are concerned, this will not affect our return or warrenty policy.

We may restrict our working hours from w/c 23rd March but will always be available for contact via Email. We have a answerphone service available and will collect and respond to messages as soon as we can.

 

 

Currently there are delivery restrictions in place for some areas of Italy and Spain-If you are in one of those areas and wish to order please let us know so we can hold your parcel until deliveries are resumed in your area (This avoids items being returned to us)
