Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 26/03/2020

Hi all, we are still working a skeleton business, orders are being shipped out but not daily as we have always done. We are doing our best to serve you and answer any email enquiries so please be patient or send us a friendly reminder if we have not responded within a couple of days.

Re Replacement Amp Panels, although we have stock ready to send to the engravers we are waiting to hear if they are currently still working.. For anyone who has ordered these your orders are currently on hold and will be shipped as soon as we have them ready. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know and we will refund you ASAP and message you when available. If you are happy to remain on 'HOLD' then your orders are safe and will be shipped as soon as we can.

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update  23/03/2020

Today we have cut back on our staffing to allow one of our staff members who is a designated key worker to prioritize their work.

We are doing our best to still get your orders out in a timely manner but are experiencing some delays on the replacement Amp panels-these we will get shipped as soon as we can and ask for your patience at this time.

Currently we can be available for collections and drop offs but these must be by appointment only-Please Email us to arrange this. We will be keeping an eye on further developments and will inform you of any changes as they happen.

Covid-19 (Corona virus) Update 19/03/2020

All of our items are always deep cleaned prior to be offered for sale:-

However if you have any doubts when receiving an item the current advice is that the virus will only survive on metal and plastic surfaces for 3 days. Please avoid opening the parcel for this time if you are concerned, this will not affect our return or warrenty policy.

We may restrict our working hours from w/c 23rd March but will always be available for contact via Email. We have a answerphone service available and will collect and respond to messages as soon as we can.

 

 

Currently there are delivery restrictions in place for some areas of Italy and Spain-If you are in one of those areas and wish to order please let us know so we can hold your parcel until deliveries are resumed in your area (This avoids items being returned to us)
